Mark Kreditor, MPM® RMP®, NARPM Past President Mark Kreditor is a past president of NARPM and no stranger to public speaking. His songs, stories and classes were a regular part of NARPM events for close to 25 years after which time he sold his 1650 door portfolio and retired. He sold his business, Get There First Realty, for what he believes at the time was a very high industry multiple. His net profit of 57% of sales was largely from ancillary income products and services, the very items being systematically taken away, reduced, or targeted in our current “junk fee” environment. That’s what the topic is about and together we will try to find “work arounds” so we can stay ahead of the mounting avalanche of bad press against fees. Mark spends most of his time serving on Philanthropic boards and Foundations and teaches music, theater, and film classes throughout the country as well as property management classes for Berkshire Hathaway’s property management divisions. |
