Hotel Reservations:

Room Rate: The special NARPM® room rate is $259 per night single/double occupancy,
plus applicable taxes.

Room Block: The reservations cut-off date is Monday, September 19, 2025, or until the contracted room block is sold out, whichever comes
first. After the cut-off date, any reservations will be accepted based on hotel availability at their current published room rate.

• Self parking: $36 plus tax per night
• Overnight Valet Parking: $45 plus tax per night

Room Cancellation: Room cancellations must be communicated with the hotel no later than 6 days prior to arrival for a full refund. If cancellation is made 0-5 days before arrival, a charge of one night’s stay + taxes will be charged. Deposits are forfeited if guest checks out of the hotel prior to the check-out date.

Check In/Out Times: Check In is at 4PM, Check Out is at 11AM.
