How to Use This Toolkit

This toolkit makes it easy to share NARPM® 2026 with your professional network and encourage others to join you in Las Vegas.

• Download your assets: Use the links below to access customizable Canva graphics and your email signature graphic.
• Customize your materials: Add your headshot, name, and leadership role where applicable.
• Choose what works for you: Share a social post, add the email signature, use one of the sample emails, or include a graphic in your newsletter or other communications.
• Share with your network: Encourage colleagues, peers, chapter members, and other property management professionals to join the NARPM® community in Las Vegas.

Every post, email, and share helps us reach beyond NARPM®’s own channels and bring more of the property management community together at NARPM® 2026.

What it is:
A set of customizable graphics and suggested social media copy designed specifically for NARPM® leaders.

How to use it:

• Open the templates in Canva. A free Canva account is required.
• Upload your headshot and add your name and leadership role where indicated.
• Select Share > Download, then export your graphic as a PNG or JPG.
• Pair your graphic with any of the suggested copy below and share it with your network.
