How to Use This Toolkit

This toolkit is designed to make promoting your participation in the NARPM® 2026 Annual Convention & Trade Show simple and efficient.

• Download your assets:
  Use the links below to access your customizable graphics.
• Customize your materials:
  Add your company logo, booth number, and any message you would like to highlight.
• Choose what works for you:
  Share on social media, add an email signature, select an email template, and choose the digital graphic sizes that fit your channels.
• Share with your network:
  Promote your participation through social media, email, your website, and other digital channels before the Convention.

Using these tools can help increase awareness, encourage booth visits, and contribute to a strong, successful Trade Show experience for the entire NARPM® community.

What it is:
A set of customizable graphics sized for social media promotion.

How to use it:

• Click here to open the templates in Canva. A free Canva account is required.
• Upload your logo using Uploads in the left toolbar, then drag it into the logo placeholder.
• Click the booth-number text and replace “Booth #XXX” with your assigned booth number.
• Select Share > Download, then export the graphic as a PNG or JPG.
• Pair the final graphic with any of the proposed text below and share it on any social media network!
